Stonegate Manor is the dream wedding venue. It has every element my wife and I were looking for, and perfectly fit our vision. We wanted everything on a single site, and the spacious reception hall and the outdoor ceremony space made our big day feel roomy, yet intimate and special all at once. Our ceremony in the Fairy Garden under the majestic trees was truly magical and provided an outdoor setting that was different from any other venue we had found during our research. We received so many compliments from our guests on the beauty and tranquility of the space, demonstrating that it effortlessly adds whimsy and character to any wedding. The bridal cottage was convenient and hospitable, and having access to the property early in the day made getting ready a breeze for my wife and her wedding party. The historic house provided and amazing backdrop for photos and was an awesome staging area for some decor and a spot to get ready for my groomsmen and I. The most innovative thing about this venue is the "Stonegate Boutique" - we were able to borrow items from a collection of decor ranging from table numbers to easels for signage. We are from the Chicago area and it saved us so much time and effort in transporting some of those detail items, not to mention the cost of those. Alison and her team were so genuinely kind, compassionate, and willing to help with all our endless questions. Our day ran so smoothly, and we truly felt valued and appreciated for the time and effort that went in to planning our day. This place is truly a hidden gem, and we're so lucky and thankful we found it!
